These terms cover the website at chandigarh-street-rush.toolnplay.com and the Chandigarh Street Rush game provided by ToolNPlay (toolnplay.com). By playing, you agree to them. They are deliberately short.

Using the game

Chandigarh Street Rush is free to play for personal enjoyment. You do not need an account. You may not:

• Modify the game, or use a cheat, bot or script to alter how it behaves.
• Copy, rehost or redistribute the game or its assets without permission.
• Attack or overload the service — including the multiplayer server, by flooding it with rooms, connections or PIN guesses.
• Use the game or its chat-free multiplayer rooms to harass anyone, including through the name you choose.

Names entered for online play must not be abusive, obscene or impersonate somebody else. Access may be withdrawn from anyone who ignores this.

Your progress

Points, unlocked autos and upgrades exist only in your browser's storage on your own device. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought or sold, and cannot be recovered if you clear your browser data or change device. Please do not treat them as something you own.

Intellectual property

The game — its code, artwork, models, sounds and name — belongs to its developer. Three.js and the other open-source libraries it uses remain under their own licences. Chandigarh Street Rush is an original work of fiction: the circuit is an invented, stylised version of Chandigarh and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed from any real company, vehicle manufacturer, transport operator or public authority.

Advertising

Parts of this site are funded by advertising served by Google AdSense. How that works, and what you can do about it, is described on the privacy page. Do not click ads on this site artificially, whether by hand or by script: doing so breaks Google's policies and puts the game's funding at risk.

No warranty

Chandigarh Street Rush is provided as it is, free of charge, with no promise that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults. It is a game: nothing here is advice, and nothing here should be relied on for anything. To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from using the site — including lost game progress.

Links to other sites

This site links to other places — games portals, Three.js, advertisers' pages. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and are not controlled from here.

Children

Chandigarh Street Rush is suitable for general audiences and contains no violence, gambling or purchases. It is not directed at children under 13, and no account or personal detail is ever requested.

Changes

These terms may change as the game does; the date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version.
