Privacy policy

This policy covers the Chandigarh Street Rush website at chandigarh-street-rush.toolnplay.com (operated by ToolNPlay) and the game on it. The short version: there are no accounts, nothing is sold, and the only parties that receive any data about you are Google — for advertising and analytics — and our own race server when you choose to play with friends.

What is stored on your own device

Your points, unlocked autos, upgrade levels, best lap times, daily streak and sound settings are saved in your browser's local storage, on your device. They never reach us. Clearing your browser data deletes them, and we cannot restore them because we never had them.

Advertising and cookies

This site is funded by advertising. We use Google AdSense, which places ads on some pages. In connection with that:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices.
• Where the law requires it — in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland — you are shown a consent choice before any advertising or measurement cookie is set, and you can change that choice at any time from the link in that message.

We do not receive your name, email address or any identifying detail from the advertising system, and we cannot see who you are from it. No ads are shown during a race.

Playing online with friends

The Play with friends feature runs on our own small server. When you use it:

• The name you type is sent to that server and shown to the other players in your room, for the length of that race. It is not kept afterwards.
• Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to limit how fast one visitor can guess room PINs or open new rooms. It is not written to a log, not linked to anything else, and not retained.
• Rooms, race settings and results exist only in the server's memory while people are playing, and are discarded the moment a room is empty.

There are no accounts and no passwords, and none of this is ever sold or shared.

Measuring our own advertising

We advertise Chandigarh Street Rush on Google. To see whether those adverts actually bring people who play, the site runs Google's measurement tag (gtag.js), which records that a visit led to a race being started or finished. It is the same Google consent choice described above: in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland nothing is stored on your device for this until you have made that choice. We see totals only — never who you are.

Analytics

Two things measure how this site is used:

• Vercel Analytics counts page views. It sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites.
• Google Analytics records how the game is played — that a race was started or finished, which settings were picked, how long a visit lasted — so we can see which parts of the game people get stuck on. It does set cookies on your device, and it is covered by the same consent choice described above: in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland nothing is stored for it until you have made that choice.

Neither one tells us who you are, and neither is sold or passed on to anyone beyond the service providing it.

Data Storage & Privacy

Chandigarh Street Rush is a client-side game that saves progress in your local browser storage. We do not collect, sell, or transmit private personal identifiers.

Children

Chandigarh Street Rush is suitable for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to the address below and it will be deleted.

Your rights

Because the site holds no account and stores nothing about you on our side, there is usually nothing to export or erase — local progress is deleted by clearing your browser data, which is entirely in your hands. For anything held by the advertising system, use the Google links above. If you still want to make a request under the GDPR, the DPDP Act or any similar law, write to us and we will help.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on the site.
